A few things women ask before reaching out
Is this right for me?
This is for you if:
You are in your 40s, 50s, or 60s and you can feel things shifting.
You are still active, but something always seems to flare up or get in the way.
You have started and stopped more than once, and you are tired of starting over.
You have a diagnosis or a nagging issue and you do not know what to do with it.
You feel like you are doing everything right and nothing is working.
There is so much information out there and you do not know what to believe or where to start.
You want a clear, structured plan from someone who understands the clinical side, not just the fitness side.
You are not looking for a quick fix. You are ready to build something.
You do not need to be pain free to work with Ann. But you do need to be proactive.
This might not be the right time if:
You are currently in acute or post-surgical recovery and need in-person clinical care.
You are looking for a self-guided program without ongoing coaching.
You want a 30-day result, not a long-term foundation.
The women Ann works with are ready to take the first step toward being future proof. Not just this year. For the next 20.
-
No. Most of the women Ann works with are not in acute pain. They are managing stiffness, recurring flare-ups, a feeling that their body is less reliable than it used to be, or uncertainty about where to start. You do not need a diagnosis or a pain level to benefit from this work.
-
No. This is a virtual coaching program, not clinical PT, and not a substitute for in-person care if you need it. Ann's clinical background informs everything in the program, but Futureproof Female is built for women who are proactive about their long-term health, not women in acute or post-surgical recovery. If Ann assesses that you need in-person care, she will tell you.
-
Most programs are built around two to three training sessions per week, typically 30 to 45 minutes each, plus brief daily movement work as needed. The work is efficient and purposeful. Ann builds around your schedule and adjusts as your life changes.
-
That is the most common thing Ann hears. The difference here is coaching and accountability, not just a program to follow. Ann adjusts the program in real time based on how your body responds, and she is paying attention to whether you are progressing. You are not on your own.
-
The individual assessment at the start of the program is specifically designed to account for your history, your limitations, and your starting point. No two programs are the same. Ann has spent 20 years treating real women, not textbook cases. A diagnosis is not a disqualifier. It is information she needs to build the right program for you.
No pressure. No pitch. Just clarity.
